    Job Description
    Our client is looking for a Project Administrator whose role will be vital for ensuring the efficient execution of projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating administrative duties, enhancing team communication, and providing support throughout the project management lifecycle.

    Main duties will include:
    • Maintain and organize project documentation effectively.
    • Prepare meeting notes and minutes, and ensure their distribution to relevant stakeholders.
    • Coordinate the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and project-related events.
    • Consistently update and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.


    Requirements

    • 2 – 5 years of Administration work experience (Projects Environment Preferred)
    • Driver's License.
    Preffered skills:
    • Demonstrated high level of professionalism.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with team members.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt flexibly to changing priorities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.


    Benefits

    Gross Annual Salary R350,

    Requirements
