    Are you passionate about sports and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our team in Century City, Cape Town, as a French Customer Experience Representative for Sports Betting. Be part of a dynamic and exciting environment, where you'll engage with customers in French and provide top-notch support for our sports betting platform.

    Responsibilities:

    • French Language Support:
      • Provide outstanding customer service in French through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
      • Assist French-speaking customers with account inquiries, betting assistance, and troubleshooting.
    • Product Knowledge:
      • Develop expertise in our sports betting platform, staying updated on features, promotions, and betting options.
      • Stay informed about sports events, odds, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Issue Resolution:
      • Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
    • Communication:
      • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, delivering information in a friendly and engaging manner.
      • Work collaboratively with team members to share insights and best practices for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Compliance:
      • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure a secure and fair gaming environment for customers.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluent in both written and spoken French.
    • Excellent communication skills in English.
    • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming or sports betting industry.
    • Passionate about sports with a solid understanding of various sports events and betting terminology.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
