- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in the field of Capital Projects and Procurement
- LLB degree from an accredited law school

- Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Strong knowledge of capital projects and procurement processes and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Admitted attorney in the relevant jurisdiction
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
