Purpose of the Role

To support and assist the IT Department in effectively managing the CMS and related software and systems utilised throughout IFS.

Key responsibilities:

To train, implement and support the Camp Management System (CMS) and related software within the IFS Group.
Ensure end users are sufficiently trained and supported to use the software appropriately.
Work closely with senior management across departments to propose improvements to the existing IT systems.
Advise on improvements and specify development requests to enhance the software.
Assist with creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
Set up user profiles and manage access controls in compliance with company policies.
Assist with the procuring of hardware for IT Projects.
Responding rapidly to all system alerts and outages and resolving any technical issues in a timely manner.
Install, configure and maintain IT systems on site with hardware, software, system patches, and updates.
