    Description

    Hire Resolve is currently seeking a passionate and driven Solar Sales Representative to join our client's team in Gauteng. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling renewable energy solutions, focusing on solar energy products and services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about the renewable energy industry and wants to make a positive impact.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Conduct thorough consultations with potential customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
    • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to educate customers about the benefits of solar energy.
    • Prepare comprehensive proposals outlining system design, equipment specifications, and financial analysis.
    • Negotiate terms and closing contracts to achieve sales targets.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process and provide excellent customer service.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to renewable energy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
    • At least 3 years of experience in sales, in the renewable energy industry.
    • Strong understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
    • Ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and address customer objections.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
    • Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
