HR administration, dispatch and receiving operations. With a bachelor’s degree in business management and national

Experience

Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain Inventory
● Ensure timely unloading of incoming shipments and ensure that incoming shipments are received, inspected, and
recorded accurately.
● Responsible for inventory accuracy and turns.
● Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
● Ensure that safety guidelines and regulations are followed during the receiving process.
● Assist with the hiring and Training of new department staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Set clear performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Daily Report.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Collaborate with production, planning, and purchasing departments to ensure smooth material flow and on-
time deliveries.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure proper training of the team.
• Prioritize deliveries and collections according to urgency and importance.
• Manage products & loss prevention compliance within stores.
• Filling of delivery notes and PODs.
• Maintaining physical inventory.
• Assist in ordering new supplies in a timely manner.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to HR Manager.
• Compile and update employee records.
• Assist in payroll preparations.
• Properly handling complaints and grievance procedure.
• Data Capturing.
• Maintaining archives and filing system.
• Registry work.
• Filing, typing, printing, and scanning of documents.
