Experience

Operates and adjust high pressure (8&16ton Boilers) in the steam Generation plant. 
Operates steam plant as situation warrants on coal fired boilers. 
Observes Boiler plant operations through the use of electronic and pneumatic controls, pressure gauges and safety devices.
Sampling of Boiler and Feed Water (Hotwell) for chemical analysis and makes chemical dozing adjustments according to the results. 
Maintains records and reports relative to steam plant operations. 
Exercise supervision over employees allocated to assist with general duties in and around Boiler house. 
Makes regular checks of steam plant equipment, make adjustments and report irregularities. 
Ensures that the steam generated and supplied is in synergy with the steam demand of production. 
Adhere to strict safety protocol, practice good housekeeping and operate the Boiler as efficient as possible at all times.
