• Over 25 years of all-round professional experience in Water Supply, Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM), Sanitation and Drainage, Waste Water Management and Irrigation Engineering, covering design, construction supervision, project/programme management, project formulation and studies, and capacity building.
• Possess excellent coordination skills such as the ability to liaise with various agencies/individuals, organize events, prioritize work and ensure a smooth flow of information and regular reporting.
• Provides a good background to translate technical knowledge into practical delivery and appropriate training that meets the needs of the sector in real time.
• Possess senior programme/project management and strategic planning experience in development context, and a track record of working in infrastructure projects that are large, complex and multi-national and/or multi-agency/donor development projects.
• Possess experience in direct oversight and management of large-scale budgets, donor financing, construction contracts, funding proposal formulation, programme/project development, and mobilizing funding for projects.

Holds M.Sc. Degree in Agricultural Engineering (majoring in Irrigation and Water Management), B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
