I am 30 years of age. I have been in the sales and customer service industry with a call centre environment for the past 13 years. I am passionate about helping and developing people to achieve their goals both in the work environment and  on a personal level. I have extensive knowledge and skills in coaching, developing and training people to become better at their job. I have experience in different crm systems and all of the systems and tools within a call centre environment, I have worked on the international and local markets and have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and motivational skills.
