I’ve done both inbound and outbound customer service and also a upselling in the process. I’ve been exposed to Team leader duties and I’ve also been seconded in my previous company where I was tasked with managing my team during our Team Leader’s leave of absence.

Devising plans of improving team performance. Providing coaching to advisors and Setting realistic targets for KPI’s. Achieving campaign SLA.
