Jayshree Gengan

My name is Jayshree Gengan and I am 48 years old.I am a South African citizen and English is my native language.

 I am an experienced English second language teacher who is currently looking for teaching opportunities abroad. 

 My core skills and competencies in Education, training and development coupled with being a detail oriented person ,having excellent communications skills gears me to give my best to students.

 Adopting an individual oriented and collaborative approach to meeting tight deadlines is part of my strengths.

My aim is to inculcate a positive attitude to learning and self development. My teaching goals are always geared towards bringing consistency, diligence and value to my students. My job involves always looking at ways to develop my students beyond the class as learning should be a continuous effort.

 My greatest skill is geared towards developing children and adults academically.

 I am passionate about imparting knowledge in the English language. I am able to adjust and accommodate students at different levels.

Coupled with my training experience in the corporate retail world, I have also been teaching English online to university students in Saudi Arabia. 

This role has given me the greatest satisfaction thus far and I am looking forward to other similar ESL Instructor / teaching positions.

My qualifications include BA Honours in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, BA degree,  Diploma in Public Management and Tefl/Tesol certification. 

I am eager to take on teaching positions and look forward to relevant opportunities.
