I am a highly experience HR Executive, with over 26 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources, including 11 years as an HR Director and 18 years in HR Management, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team and drive strategic initiatives that align with your company's goals.

In my previous roles, I have demonstrated expertise in a broad range of HR functions, including Business Strategy, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Job Grading, Compensation and Benefits, and much more. I successfully implemented numerous projects such as job grading, salary benchmarking, and the development of key HR policies, is a testament to my capability to lead and manage complex HR tasks.
