I have been in the financial and customer service sectors for 17 years, am flexible, assertive, pay attention to detail, accurate, deadline driven, punctual, hard working, work well under pressure, problem solver, telephone etiquette with exceptional experience(passion) coupled with a self driven personality that never backs down in meeting exceptional Customer service and target. I am a committed worker that loves challenges and have the will to succeed, have the ability to learn fast.

Approximate rate: ZARR 130 per hour

Experience

I have been in the Financial and Customer Service sectors for 17 years and had to privilege to obtain exceptional experience in the early, pre-legal and legal collections and not only collect on the arrear amounts but to educate and assist clients to come out of the situation and make better financial choices. And assisting clients in preparing financially for the future.

Education

I am in the process of obtaining my tertiary qualification as I previously due to financial reasons I could not complete my National diploma in Human Resources Management at the Vaal university of Technology.
