My long-term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer’s expectations by rendering a good service to the best of my ability. I have assisted all types of customers from different settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of your business through these loyal protons is of the utmost importance in every company. My background includes successfully enhancing customer response strategies, implementing new processes, and managing overall customer service functionality to maximize loyalty, productivity, and growth. Through my experience, I have become adept in overseeing a wide variety of customer-facing responsibilities while demonstrating a steadfast commitment to maximizing customer service and satisfaction.
My following achievements demonstrate my qualification for this position:
Excelling in consecutive call center service and support positions since 23RD of January 2017.
Promoted to assume additional responsibility of coaching the new call Centre agents who are from the training class, subsequently chosen to train new hires on resolving queries of customers and to manage business hours effectively.
I have been serving the role of an acting team leader for the last two years and it has been a learning curve in preparation of me obtaining a permanent vacancy. I have been nominated to participate on the future team leading program to enhance the study of the call Centre and managerial position.
My proven dedication on my current occupation is to optimize customer service success, along with my exceptional interpersonal, analytical and time management talents will contribute immensely to the success of your company.
