I started at the Douglas Murray Home 1st May 2008 - 31 January 2012 in capacity of Admin Secretary.
Duties : Screen and direct all calls, take messages when staff is unable to take calls, Update telephone list, Create new folders for new applicants, do information cards, provide administrative support for the nursing department, minutes of meetings, receipt all monies paid in, organise fundraising events, responsible for weekly, monthly orders, stock taking, order stationery, responsible for issuing of pocket money to clients, do burial checks with families
1st February 2012 - 15 March 2016 - Human Resources Management Assistant - Under New Management Duties : Responsible for clock in records, salaries report, leave records, update of staff files, do minutes in disciplinary hearings, attended hearings with manager at CCMA. When I started my training for HRM the manager said they can't afford me then took me out of that position again
16 March 2016 - Administrative Clerk - current Duties : Screen and direct calls, take messages when needed, Liaise with residents of families about meetings, outings, social gatherings, events, do minutes in management meetings, do monthly stats, filing, arrange residents association meetings and do the minutes, the rest is the same as per Admin Secretary
