My experience working as a learner has left me learning a lot of work, how to use the computer, using Microsoft Office, teams, Skype, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, and Excel. I have experience working within organizations to increase customer engagement.
My time at WSP has taught me a lot further to develop my skills, I have learnt so much as I’ve learnt good communication skills. I am accustomed to working on different projects. I have learnt leadership skills. I help in the Quality Systems department; my role is to ensure that I set up the document control. I ensured that I uploaded the company document to the company portal. I ensure that I deal with document registers as I keep the documents stored currently and easier for the different departments to use the documents. My role is to ensure that the data is stored correctly as well and I keep the content safe and stored as I have access to the company back-end. I then also ensure I prepare and execute Internal company Audits as I ensure that the projects are done according to the company policy and structure. The attainment of the ISO 19001:2015 is great to ensure that the company receives its certification. I play the role in ensuring that train employees on how to conduct the audits. I work on company SharePoint management, and while every document uploaded on Wow passes through me, the idea is to ensure that I conduct a quality check on the projects. My knowledge has grown as I know how to add data into the company systems as well as collect data. I have good customer care skills as we are accustomed to using teams. I do internal audits in the business which means that I can handle any claims that have been done in the business if any documents are missing. I am greatly appreciative, and I am willing to learn and grow in terms of improving as well as improving a company's standards.
