I've have 2 experience in a contact centre environment. The first one was with ITalk financial services as a sells agent and the second one was with Merchants Vodacom unit as a customer care service agent for Vodacom prepaid customers 

Education

I have matric (NATIONAL SENIOR CERTIFICATE) I passed matric in 2019. I studied diploma in Policing in University of South Africa (UNISA) which I haven't complicated due to financial difficulties.
