Dispatching of the promotional stock to the reps for the customers.
Sending out of stock price lists when requested
Process / Invoice out of all delivery notes sent through from warehouses.
Sending the invoice to the customer via email
Filing of the delivery note in the relevant warehouse section in the stock file.
Filing of invoices with a copy of relevant documents attached.
Reconciling of consignment stock for various consignment warehouses and ensuring that the stock corresponds as to what is on the system.
Ensuring all delivery notes are filed in the Stock File daily in numerical order.
IBT warehouse transfers – stock moving from one warehouse to another.
Organize the bank courier to collect the EOI documents (Evidence of Importation) / email to the relevant bank.
Request of all Cross Border documents and ensuring that it matches the invoices and that all information on the documents is correct.
Customer service, processing of email and telephonic orders and as well as customer queries.
