FORWARD My love of life and dedication to growth and development has seen me taking many a detour in my spiritual and professional lives. I naturally gravitate towards practical skill application, am computer savvy, and am actively involved in the broader Eastern Cape community through my association with the community projects. I have worked in various roles during my working career and have been im the T&D space for over 16 years. My ability to lead and manage and adapt to lean, effective and pressurized conditions is a culmination of my experience gained at REHAU Polymer as Training Manager, The Leadership Development Institute as Programme Manager, MSC Business College as Lecturer and all other work roles I had from being a merchandiser all the way to learning to lead without a title have all played an integral part of my development. My experience gained at REHAU Polymer as Training Manager as supplier to MBSA & VWSA has largely contributed to my absolute appreciation for Quality and attention to detail. I thrive on keeping projects running smoothly from kick-off through launch. My experience in working with cross-functional, international teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision. I am confident that my contribution will add tremendous value in developing successful project plans, communicating expectations clearly, and encouraging team enthusiasm, even in the late stages of the project cycle. My involvement in the Human Resource Department has meticulously sculptured my passion for Personnel Development and have afforded me the privilege of annual trips to Germany, Europe (Munich/Frankfurt/Feauchtwagen/Dusseldorf/Rehau/Dusseldorf), to report on RSA topics, RSA structure, progress, and engage in discussions & methodologies to remain current globally. I have been instrumental in the transition from our former National training database to the new current and global Success Factors training database and managed the implementation, communication and data migration process for organisational, local RSA, and international issues aligning and strategically focusing all BBEEE requirements to the new system.
