I have one years’ experience as a customer service clerk where I assisted in the customer complaints department by logging and executing tickets in a timely manner. Liaising with my team and customers via telephone or email. I am very passionate about academic and personal development. I have been working face-to-face and remotely (online) with various students for six years. Through my experience I am able to learn about the needs of each of my students and I am able to find ways to provide the necessary support they require. I complete daily and administration tasks within my deadline, I host and sit in meetings both face-to-face and online, I communicate daily with the campus and students. 

I have completed the following qualifications:

• National Diploma in Retail Travel (Tourism)
• Business Management certificate
• Assessor course
• Introduction to Marine Biology and Marine bio basics 

The qualifications below are currently in progress:

• Bachelor of Business Administration in Management (SAQA ID 99716). 
• Tour guiding 
• TEFL Advanced course 120 credits
