Managing sizable property portfolios and acting as the representative and consultant of the finance and management departments. Liaising between our branches, staff, clients, and service suppliers. Conducted all our office’s training which included legislative and technical matters related to PPRA, EAAA, FICA, POPI, RHA, STSM, rentals, sales, and our various systems. Organizing and leading all promotions and marketing events for our proprietor. Key responsibilities included general office management, financial control, training and marketing.
