Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of the appointment process
- Management of the booking in process
- Preparation for the completion of work
- Monitoring the vehicle repair/maintenance process
- Completing, handover of vehicles and followup with customers
- Management of the process to ensure CSI
- Adhere to Dealer Standards
Minimum Requirements
- Min Grade 1
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Computer literate (Experience using Evolve or Kerridge advantageous)
- Proven experience in a Vehicle Service Advisor position essential
- The ability to multitask as well as good administration and organisational skills
- Good timekeeping and ability to work under pressure
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Ability to work in a team and independently
