Kendrick Recruitment is working with a luxury Vineyard with a rapidly expanding e-commerce division, we are now seeking a dynamic Customer Service Supervisor to join the team.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the customer service team to efficiently and effectively resolve customer queries.
  • Compile monthly customer experience management reports, providing visual representations of the team's performance to management.
  • Drive and motivate the customer service team to achieve targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Enhance current customer service processes to improve efficiency and find innovative ways to delight our customers.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Create and maintain a Knowledge Centre, providing customers with highquality selfservice resources while ensuring scalability of firstline responses.

Requirements:


  • Completion of a National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12).
  • A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
  • Fluency in both Afrikaans and English, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • At least 4 years of experience in direct customer service, preferably in an ecommerce, hospitality, or tourism environment.
  • Experience in managing teams and staff members.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, Helpdesk, etc.
  • Demonstrate a targetoriented and performancedriven attitude.
  • Ability to work productively, efficiently, and effectively, with initiative and drive under tight timelines and pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to adapt to and implement change effectively.
  • High energy levels and a creative approach to daily challenges.
  • Strong ambition and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Package:

  • Competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience of between R15,000
  • R23,000 CTC
