MSI International (August 2022- Present): International Talent Officer 

Recruiting nurses from overseas and coordinating their journey effectively to enable them to work in the UK.
Being responsible for full-cycle candidate management. Identifying qualified candidates to meet client requirements. Fulfilling client interview requirements.

 Headhunting applicants on employment portals. Screening CVs and ensuring all requirements are met. Running MIE checks to verify qualifications.
Interviewing roughly 30 candidates a week.
