have 10 years' experience in FCMG, have chemistry diploma and degree in quality management. Have internal auditing certificate and experience in troubleshooting and problem solving.

• Conduct GMP Audits and Internal Audits
• Initiation of corrective actions and non-conformances
• Conduct Audits for preparation of  external Audits
• Supporting the delivery of the HACCP program
• Support the factory team in the implementation of the QMS process
• Responsible for controlling and issuing all Quality policies and procedures.
• Development and maintenance of quality procedures and work instructions 
• Audit and maintenance of compliance to required quality management system standards 
• Provide management with detailed quality reports as required – daily, weekly, monthly, etc. 

I have a national diploma in Analytical Chemistry, BTech in Quality at NMMU,  ISO 9001, and FSSC 22000 V5.1 certificate management system.
