Experience

First job was in Paarl Mall at a restaurant called John Dory's, mastered all seafood related techniques and dishes at basic level.(2016 June-2016Sept)

 

Second job was in Paarl At one of KWV's 4star wines estates known at Laborie was a Chef DE partie for their main restaurant and also worked in their pizza kitchen and tasting Kitchen to make gourmet meals for guests coming to taste their wines.(Sept 2016-Jan2017)

Went to work in Wellington in a 5star wine estate known as Doolhof,I worked as an in-house chef for a 5star guest house called Grand De dale. Prepared breakfasts,lunches,high teas and dinner on days my head chef was off. Also did the desserts for the wedding functions they hosted (30-150 guests per wedding). 2017 February -2019 June)

 

Open my own fast food restaurant and also offered private chef services catering for intimate parties and functions. My business is known as FoodbyNosi.(2019 July-2022Oct).

 

Education

Finished Matric(2013) in Gauteng at East of Johannesburg at a school known as Sunward Park high school. Went to the western cape in Paarl and finished studying a course in Boland College,I did Hospitality and Catering services from 2015 graduated 2018.

 

Did 1 week course in Business competency and management at the National Youth Development Agency in 2021.
