With 10years of experience in the Customer Service and have worked in the various areas of Edcon Group, Multichoice and Innovation Group as indicated in my resume. I pay severe attention to details when it comes to excellent customer service. Quality of calls Sales and customer service is one of my strengths and acting supervisor. I’m able to cope very well with the stressful environment that a Call Centre has.

 Productivity and efficiency are vital to the progress of the business, and I’m able to provide the business with both these functions and more. The customer is always the core of the business and should always remain the core focus always. I believe strongly in firm work ethics and values and will be an ambassador to the company.

Now I would like to change the career and opt for logistic environment, I'm will to take a leanership for tanker service if possible.
