I am looking for Helpdesk Support, IT Technician,Service Desk,End user suppor, Support Engineer and Application Support.

I have 5 years working  experience  in hardwar  and software support.I have worked in organizations such as nhbrc and advanced call, working with large number of people.I have technical, customer service and problem solving skills.

I am able to work on ITIL,ITSM,PABX,TeamViewer,Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory 2008/2012/2016, Functional Support on Windows operating system 7,8,10, MS Office 365 and SAP business suits. I have been trained and have knowledge on Azure administration, ability to work on SCCM 2012.I have Functional Support experience on the following application: Cisco Jabber, Pandora printer and vast experience in infrastructure, desktop, Network and Security support.
