I have over 10 years of customer service experience. I am skilled and trained to adapt to each customer reading their tone, how to handle irate customers and most of all to maintain long term relationship with our customers providing excellent customer service, going an extra mile where you can and ensuring our customers are always taken care of and their queries and dealt with. First call resolution is also vital when dealing with customer and I look forward to joining the team with the experience I have and growing within the team and being the expert I am I know that our customers will also be happy and satisfied.

I have a matric or grade 12 and my last institution was Rosebank College where I obtained my Diploma in Accounting and Financial Computing.
