Nokwazi Khumalo

I am a young female driven by my goals and visions.I obtained my National Diploma in Human Resources Management in 2017 and have gained experience in the Finance Sector(Banking), HR and retail. These sectors have groomed my communication, leadership, decision making, attentive to detail, good telephone etiquette and good administrative skills. 

During my internship I focused on the HR functions such as, recruitment and selection, disciplinary proceedings, payroll administration, providing HR support to other departments and office administration. 

As a Branch Manager my duties were to manage the operations of the branch and assist branch consultants to develop and implement new strategies in order to reach monthly targets, provide feedback on Monthly master, reconciliation and overall branch performance. Ensuring that branch is compliant to the companies policies. 

As an HR Intern, my duties were to assist HR staff to perform their daily duties, administer payroll input assist other departments in the factory by providing HR support, recruitment and selection
