Hillcrest Surgical Unit offers a wide range of medical services. It has a specialist Endoscopy Unit and provides in-room surgical services.Responsibilities and duties:
- Ensuring the smooth running of reception;
- Managing petty cash and providing schedule of expenditure to Financial Manager;
- Managing the reception staff's leave requests and ensuring adequate staffing for reception when staff are on leave;
- Assisting with reception duties where required;
- Printing of patient packs;
- Ordering of office and general supplies;
- Assisting patients with GAP cover queries;
- Schedule regular staff meetings with staff
Qualifications and skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
- Relevant qualification in administration or practice management.
- Computer literate;
- Excellent coordination, administrative skills;
- Proactive;
- Teamplayer;
- Selfdriven;
- Organised;
- Attention to detail;
- Friendly with a focus on excellent patient service.
Experience:
Reception Manager: 5 years (required)
