My corporate experience extends to Executive Management positions held in Strategic Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Operations management, Strategic sourcing and General management.

My corporate experience extends to Executive Management positions held in Strategic Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Operations management, Strategic sourcing and General management.

I am Founder & Managing Director of Outsourced Solutions Africa Facilities Management trading as OSA Group an Integrated Facilities Management company now diversifying into property acquisition and ownership into Boutique Hotels, Restaurants and Conferencing. The OSA Ecosystem offers training and development to Entrepreneurs through corporate institutions such as Property Point and now recently ABSA ESD.

Seven years ago, I developed a Facilities Services Aggregator Model focused on the incubation and aggregation of a wide range of SMMEs in the Facilities Management (FM) sector to enable them access to market opportunities. I acquired shares at OCS Africa, a small cleaning company in Durban and converted it to a fully- fledged Facilities Management company with National footprint. 

I further created an OSA Ecosystem through the companies OSA Group and OSA Ecosystem aimed at creating sustainable, 100% independently owned businesses, which generates employment for members of the communities from which they operate providing professional maintenance services underwritten by OSA Group. This model serves the multi-pronged objectives of providing top tier, high quality facilities management services to our clients and also achieving a social impact through job creation and increasing business value through SMMEs.
