Mostly it's been hospital admin reception, where I have been responsible for preparing admissions for patients. I also had to get medical aid authorisation for patients, most recently learned to submit accounts to medical aids. I have been responsible for the refund file and requesting for the funds to be allocated back to members. Can collect payments on admissions, can maintain the petty cash and cash up. I communicate well with patients/clients and give platform for them to voice their opinion.
