Muzi Biyela

I am a dynamic and goal focused individual and I bring a resourceful approach to tasks undertaken and problem solving . I thrive in environments that are innovative and  creative. I excel in collaborative situations and enjoy helping others. Going above and beyond to meet goals and ensure timely task completion is my modus operandi.

My professional experience has varied widely, from a career in the Military (logistics) , customer services industry and the media public relations space more recently. Each experience imparting different skills on me and exposing me to industry best practices and the connection at all times between the client/customer/consumer and the service provider/business. Very few people are fortunate to boast an expansive skillset and work ethic combined in a way that guarantees high efficiency at all times, whilst remaining very teachable as well. My various experiences in these work environments have sharpened my ability/ies  to adapt in ever competitive terrains and always deliver to satisfactory standards.  

My most relevant education was an Honours degree in Public Policy Analysis , completed in 2017 . It mainly consists of a methodologies to research , qualitative and quantitative in a final policy thesis paper on a chosen/approved topic. The extensive research processes equips the researcher with the tools to critically interrogate information and contribute new knowledge to the body of work present.
