By way of introduction my name is Chantae’ Fritz, previously employed as a Business Research Analyst at one of the Top Global Executive search firms, Egon Zehnder. In that role my responsibility was to assist consultants and the leadership team with business development, to conduct search strategies on industries, markets, companies and people (talent), to engage in knowledge management and project management. Additionally, I monitored, searched and tracked relevant markets and people (talent) developments, company updates, press releases, latest trends and insights, and market relevant profiles to clients.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, I spent 3 years at Givaudan, the Swiss multinational manufacturer of flavours and fragrances. What started off as a Marketing Intern/Marketing Manager Assistant position grew to the success of being a Consumer Market Insight Executive. In my Marketing Intern/Marketing Manager Assistant role, I was responsible for assisting the Local and Regional Marketing Managers with consumer insights and trends, conducting local consumer sensory tests and creating result reports on consumer feedback, leading Africa projects, conducting marketing administration, customer presentations and understanding consumer needs, the supply and demand of products through market research and helping clients build their brands. The Consumer Market Insights Executive positions extended my knowledge on Africa and created much more opportunities globally.

In the past 6 years of my career, marketing, branding and market research was a key focus area and responsibility. I have a passion for research, finding solutions and building business strategies for growth and success of the business. I have global experience and have worked with various market research platforms such as Euromonitor, Global Data, BoardEx, etc. Additionally, I have experience in gathering market insights through desktop research, qualitative and quantitative research.

I regard it my duty to work with honesty, integrity, loyalty, commitment, determination, good communication and collaboration to continuously build strong networks across Africa and globally.

I have completed my Bachelor's degree in BCom Marketing Managment, my Honours degree in BCom Marketing Management and Entrepreneurship and my Masters degree in BCom Marketing Management.
