This is a philosophy I have followed throughout my ten plus years as a team player. I am a person who goes the extra mile in everything that I do and in all the years I have worked I learnt that pulling together as a team is an effective way to achieving a common goal, whilst applying my all-rounder skills.

To make sure that I meet the targets (or any deadlines required), I commit myself to go above and beyond by working overtime if need be. 

• Payment to suppliers and ensuring that suppliers are completed and paid within deadlines
• Ensuring that suppliers are paid in accordance with terms of creditor accounts
• Ensuring that invoices that have been processed are submitted for payment
• Requesting accounts statements from suppliers
• Requesting any outstanding invoices and proof of delivery
• Complete creditors recon on a monthly basis
• Identifying on the recon all transactions all transactions that create the difference between the accounting records and suppliers statement.
• Allocate approved invoices to the correct cost code
• Process credit notes from suppliers
• Follow up on queries.
• Update purchases by supplier on a monthly basis
• Filing and matching invoices with corresponding purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Confirm that goods or services have been received and are in line with the agreed upon terms
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers
• Working on SAP programme
