·              Receiving, screening and forwarding phone calls.

·              Scheduling and managing the deputy principal`s appointments.

·              Ensuring that all emailed documents are received by the principal then distributed to the rightful recipients.

·              Confirming appointments for meetings and appointments from the district to HODs, teachers and the principal.
