Matshidiso Mafa

My name is Matshidiso Mafa, I am the receptionist in a very small clothing company..We supply companies with work suits and safety, also schools with uniforms..The company is not yet legit but the progress is elevating. I went to TSHWANE UNIVERSITY of TECHNOLOGY  to study operations management in 2004 . I have worked on a variety wide variety of companies of projects that have allowed me to put what I have learned in the classroom into use in a practical sense.  Due to lack of jobs, I in the meantime went to study for a call centre for 1 year, I achieved my certificate as Shatema Academy going forward I would like to gain more knowledge with Henkel, which I have ever dreamed working with from the young age.

I experienced to with this company in 2005 to 2009 with a background in inventory clerk  with the experience of 5 + years growing revenue for a drum and tins firm. Seeking to leverage expertise as an inventory and also a warehouse trainee quality controller…Detail orientated quality controller and a stock receiver from 2011 to 2015 with a zest of solving problems.. I'm the receptionist at LM Top Garment till date where we work with textile n clothing.

 I studied my matric  in Fransciscan Matric College in the year 2000.I went to TSHWANE UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY where I studied operations Management in 2004 to 2008 where I studied towards getting my diploma.  I also managed to study a short call centre certificate in 2011 to 2012 . I studied a nursing home based care giver short course certificate in 2015 and also I participated their practicals. All of those were achieved.
