Hello, my name is Mahlako Chegofatso Makgoba. I'm currently 21 years old and I'm in my second year of study at Tshwane University of Technology, where I'm pursuing a diploma in operations management. I'm quite passionate about this field and I find the intricacies of optimizing processes and improving efficiency really fascinating.
