Conduct an analysis of the services rendered in local offices. I am currently with the team developing and operating a model aligned with the Service Delivery model of the the Department

I hold a BA Degree in Government (Politics), Public Administration, and Development at NQF 7.  I am currently pursuing for Bachelor of Administration Honours in Public Administration. Certificate in Business Process Management (NQF 6),  1-year Programme in Organizational Development: Process and Interventions for Change. Certificates in Job Evaluation Initial Training and Job Evaluation Follow-up Training.  Certificate in Budgeting Training and  Writing Reports Effectively. Currently in my final year of study for a Bachelor of Administration Honours in Public Administration with UNISA.
