The above-mentioned position as a general Translator included dealing and interacting with different clients on the daily basis, therefore, I also provided Customer Service by doing the following

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Maintain customer records and update account information as necessary. Fluent in Portuguese and English Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Customer-focused and skilled in conflict resolution Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Currently engaged in translation ( general) and medical Translation as well. 
In course as a Customer service in order to provide more support accurately.
