Alongside my work in sales, I’m also a coach. I support individuals and teams with performance, mindset, and communication — helping them improve the way they show up, engage, and deliver results. Coaching lets me work on the human side of business, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see people discover confidence, clarity, and momentum in both their work and personal goals.
What I love about my career is that it blends the strategic with the interpersonal. Sales gives me a way to drive growth and outcomes, while coaching allows me to empower others and elevate how they operate. In both roles, the common thread is people — and helping them move forward.
Experience
Over the course of my career, I’ve built a strong track record in sales, business development, and customer engagement across diverse industries. My experience includes prospecting, managing client relationships, closing deals, and supporting both new business and retention efforts. I’ve worked closely with customers to understand their needs, translate challenges into workable solutions, and deliver value that builds trust and long-term partnerships.
In addition to my commercial background, I’ve gained experience as a coach — supporting individuals and teams with performance, communication, resilience, and mindset. This has allowed me to work on the human side of business: helping people refine how they show up, how they communicate, and how they achieve results. I’m particularly passionate about empowering others to unlock skills, confidence, and growth they didn’t know they had.
Across both disciplines, the thread that ties my experience together is people. Whether it’s developing business opportunities or developing talent, I’ve consistently focused on building relationships, enabling progress, and driving outcomes that matter.
