Asset Management and Advisory: Structural and Road assessments, Implementing data-driven decision-making processes to optimize the lifecycle of civil infrastructure assets, from planning and design to construction, maintenance, and disposal. Developing and Assessing Scope of Works and Tender Evaluation Strategies.

Structural design: Analysis and optimization, with a focus on innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges. Development of drawings and Design reviews. Ensuring compliance to Industry codes and standards as well as Company Policies and procedures. Expertise spans Power Station Plants, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and cost-effective design solutions.

Site Civil Engineering: Specializing in project and construction management, cost estimation, quality control, design drawing interpretation and implementation. Expertise in overseeing diverse projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely, safe, and cost efficient project delivery.

Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to infrastructure performance, resilience, and sustainability by developing comprehensive risk management strategies and contingency plans.

Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
