I am Heena Umar currently a store manager at Xiaomi South Africa one of 2 stores in the country. I am hard working always up for a challenge. I take pride in all I do . No task to big. I am also a people’s person and work well with people. I would love to take my Xiaomi career to a next level due to me enjoying my retail work and industry and especially Xiaomi a whole new world.

Experience

Been in management for the past 10 years worked with many staff characters and was successful in all aspects. customer service is my priority also product knowledge up to date at all times. Opening and closing of my store stock ordering and management. cashing up daily and monthly store targets. Sales drive staff motivation and keep everything up to standard as instructe.

Education

I have only completed high school and went  into retail cellular and electronics  I only have a senior beauty therapist diploma and wanting to further my studies as I believe you are never to old to achieve a educational goal.
