About Grant Daniels:
During my +20 years in the industry I’ve become well versed in French, traditional South African, Cape Malay, Asian and Indian cuisine. I have an excellent understanding on the logistic requirements and demanding culinary standards that characterises the Food and Beverage industry.
I excel at overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations with full responsibility to maintaining stock, purchasing, cost control, communication skills, leadership, enforcing food hygiene regulations, and assigning schedules and tasks.
I am very focused on exceeding guest expectations, food preparation and handling, presentation and maintaining the highest standards required by the companies I work for.
I have successfully conceptionalised, developed, and implemented dynamic menus with emphasis on local, international trends, sustainability, fresh and organic.
