Certified in Just In Time (Lean Manufacturing) and Human Resource Management, I bring an expert understanding of ideal factory layouts, production planning, costing, budgeting and reporting, with a proven ability to optimise workspace and equipment to achieve maximum output, quality and profitability, all while maintaining a safe and healthy workplace environment. 

With the aim of optimising productivity and production of high standard products, my focus is placed not only on the workplace environment, but also on the worker to encourage a proud work ethic through education, training and leadership. Having recently been SETA certified and accredited as an assessor and mentor, I offer the ability to supervise, train, and mentor my workers to foster a greater understanding of furniture production. My advanced interpersonal skills will also contribute to my ability to liaise with colleagues and subcontractors to achieve business goals.

Furthermore, having advanced knowledge and expertise in woodworking and industrial machinery, I offer the unique skill of being able to perform routine, and reparational maintenance through fault finding, repairs, rigging, assembly, installation, upgrading, and modifications on the plant and machinery including electricals, mechanicals, pneumatics, PLC drives, motors and hydraulics.
