Over the course of my career I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in several industries as well as the following skill sets: multitasking, planning and implementing of projects and schedules, customer-focused service, customer satisfaction, ticketing systems, troubleshooting, clibrating, installing, fault finging, communication, problem solving, analyzing and the understanding of electro mechanical equipment and much more.
As a hand on technician these skills were combined with the maintenance and fault-finding of electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment, analyzing, calibrating and performing quality assurance checks (if needed).
I repaired on a component level on various systems including, two way radios, and early warning radar and communication systems on the Impala Aermacchi aircraft (gained during my 5 year air force employment).
As well as maintaining, servicing and calibration of sensitive analytical FT-IR (Furrier Transform Infra-Red labratory instrumentation) together with various electronic scales, centrufuges, fridges, glass washers, autoclaves,  and other laboratory equipment.
This period also included the building and maintaining of computers and the relevant software support. I also gained a wealth of experience as a electronic gaming technician in the casino industry with modular and component level repair options, in addition to some IT related or Syspro 6 & 7 database manipulation with SQL, C# and Java and HTML for a short period of time.

Maintaining close customer relations was a great percentage of my duties over the years. I am a confident business manager with the ability to manage not only myself but all processes from stock levels to the selling of spares and equipment to the installation and maintenance scheduling of multi million rand equipment in Sub Sahara African countries, gained during a Sub-Sahara Africa support career opportunity for a German company.
With equipment in the pharmaceutical, chemical and laboratory furrier transform infra-red industry.
Years of experience in dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis, but especially during my software support period, employed as a customer service consultant, gave me the opportunity to identify problems and offer possible solutions from the knowledge gained over the years.

I have worked as a technical sub sahara africa manager for a German based company in South Africa, where I managed several tecnicians and all related technical spares and logistics related to this position while on the other hand, still being a technician myself.

 I was also deployed to visit clients all over Africa. So in this position alone my duties envolved management, administration, communication, logistics, costomer focused training and faultfinding on several products, and in several industries and this all whilest travelling to all sub saharan African countries.

I completed my National N6 Electronics Diploma in 1997, and since completed several internal training modules based on specific instruments I was employed to maintain, ranging from sophisticated Furrier transform infra-red, and neuclear magnetic resonation equipment, to several benchtop equipment used in any laboratory like autoclaves, micro balancers, certrafuges, CO2 incubators and several more including the auto wheel alighnment industry, Electronic LED displays, Audio visual equipment, and for a short time pertiod a software support technician.
