Nikki Aldum

I have 20 years educational leadership experience, overseeing christina schools operating in non-profit sector. I am passionate about developing and empowering teachers to serve the needs of their students in an holistic and compassionate way. Prior to being a school leader, I have 9 years of classroom teaching experience, in special education and primary schools. 
 

I have extensive experience in strategic development of school, and leading through significant change and growth. i have lead two schools through accreditation processes ensure a high quality of christian education build around their mission to inspire each student to encounter a deep and meaningful faith in Jesus. I have worked for a nonprofit that serves the marginalized and works in a transformation way to empower people to become the person that God sees them to be through physical, spiritual and emotional healing.

I have 15 years experience developing and implementing safeguarding and child safety programs, both from a prevention and response perspective. This work was in the context of schools and nonprofit organizations. I volunteer as a trainer for international schools, missions and NGOs in the area of child safety program development and investigations.
