I have a Bsc degree in Mathematics and Physics, I am hard working, determined, disciplined,resilient, a team player,have good critical thinking and analytical skills.

Worked as a Kyc administrator at FNB.

I ensured FICA compliance of clients, performed due diligence, resolved client complaints and concerns, updated client information on the banking profiles and accounts, processed various client requests, worked with Service Level Agreements. I looked out for potentially fraudulent activities in client accounts and profiles and escalated to relevant departments, also assessed different risk profiles of clients.

The job required great attention to detail, problem solving, good communication skills and being a team player. 

I have a Bsc degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of South Africa (Unisa)
