Performing duties assigned under global fund grants programs Nacosa  

• Biomedical capturing of adolescent girls and young women (AGYWs) and adolescent boys and young man (ABYM) source documents using biometric devices
• Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing using MYhope software and ensuring data is backed up all the time
• Managing paper-based data formats into computer files and database systems
• Support monitoring and evaluation and data verification
• Managing data recorders and optical  scanners
• Create reports and run queries for data analysis 
• Create spreadsheets for purposes of managing information
• Managing source document for data input 
• Updating databases and  Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Manage paper based filing data system
